An engineer's foundation. An investor's ambition.
My path runs from Bucharest to Paris to New York — an engineering foundation that became a career at the frontier of enterprise cybersecurity, and an investor's future still being written.
I lead the Very Large Enterprise healthcare practice for a defining security platform across the Northeast: the hospitals, insurers, and systems that hold the nation's most sensitive data. My discipline is visibility — helping leaders see the risk, the exposure, and the opportunity before it reaches them.
I was named to CyberScoop's 50 Most Inspiring Up & Coming Leaders. I speak on national stages about breach response and the modern control gap, I mentor the next generation of women in security, and I am building toward a future measured in ownership, not titles.
What defines my journey
Cyber
I lead enterprise healthcare security for the systems that cannot afford to be wrong. My work begins where visibility ends.
AI
The next decade of security and capital will be written in AI. I sit at the intersection — where the systems that decide who leads are being built.
Capital
An operator becoming an investor. I am building toward equity, venture, and the discipline of long-term wealth — because those who shape outcomes are the ones who own them.
Couture
Presence is a form of proof. From the boardroom to the byline, everything carries the same standard: elegance, precision, and intent.
The conversations shaping enterprise defense.
A short-form interview series produced with Forescout — where the questions that keep security leaders awake get direct answers. On visibility, exposure, and the control gap defining the next era of cyber defense.
The next generation doesn't rise by accident.
I mentor women rising in cybersecurity — through WiCyS, The Cyber Guild, and the rooms in between. My focus is visibility: helping the people I work with turn real competence into recognition, and recognition into opportunity. Out of that work I built a nine-month curriculum, “The Visible Leader,” for mentors and mentees who want a structured path from foundation to leadership.
The Visible Leader · A nine-month mentorship curriculum, with a companion library of the books, talks, and courses I return to.
What's inside
The curriculum is a nine-month arc — foundation to leadership, with reflection questions and a monthly practice. The library maps to it: canonical books, the best talks, and free courses from Yale, MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and Michigan. Built for mentors and mentees who want a structured path, and free to anyone who wants to climb.
The tools I actually use.
Tools drawn from leading enterprise security and from mentoring the next generation. Free while I finish building out the shop — just tell me where to send them.
Cyber Breach Readiness Toolkit
The checklists, escalation paths, and board-ready language I use with enterprise healthcare teams to be ready before the call comes.
Women in Cyber Career Kit
A practical kit for breaking in and moving up: positioning, interview prep, and the visibility habits that turn competence into recognition.
Where the questions get answered in the room.
In June 2026, I took the stage at CyberRisk Frontier in New York to speak on breach response — how the institutions holding our most critical data navigate exposure and regulation when the frameworks themselves keep shifting.
